Charles Zepp is the founder and the face of Charles Private. He is not a booking agent, and Charles Private is not a call center that emails an itinerary and steps away. Charles is a host — the person who knows what time your group should be at the table, which room to ask for, which night the city is worth staying out for, and who to call when the plan needs to change at six o'clock.
The company was built out of a simple observation: the people who enjoy Miami most are rarely the ones who spent the most. They are the ones who arrived with the details already handled — the people they were with, the places they went, how they got there, and how quietly it all came together.
That is the work. Charles builds relationships across hospitality, transportation, dining, the water and the evenings so his clients don't have to. Every experience is orchestrated personally rather than handed over as a generic schedule, and every client is treated as someone being invited into something private rather than sold a product.

Training & Standards
Trained in-house. Certified before they meet a client.
Every member of the Charles Private team is personally trained by Charles Zepp through our own program in discretion, hospitality, privacy and standards of care. No one represents this house — or interacts with a client — until they have completed that training and been certified internally.
Certification is issued by Charles Private Luxury and reflects our internal standard of service. It is not a license or a credential from an outside body.
